Mindfulness researcher and stress management coach
Corey is a PhD candidate researching the influence of emotions and mindfulness on underlying causes of anxiety and depression. His research has evolved from a degree in Psychology and Sanskrit combined with more than twenty years studying and translating Buddhist philosophy from Tibetan to English. Comfortable in a research lab or mountain monastery, Corey’s passion is working in the intersection of scientific and contemplative traditions.
These days he works as a performance and stress management coach and before any of this, he was a jazz pianist in Toronto, Canada.
