The Quest for Life Centre in Bundanoon hosts 32 five-day retreats and 100 community workshops each year including work in rural and regional communities affected by drought, floods, fires, suicides, domestic violence and grief. Regular retreats and workshops are held for people who care for people with dementia, are parents of children with special needs, have a family member with mental illness or who feel trapped by their caring role.
Quest for Life retreats, support and meditation groups and workshops have helped more than 125,000 people living with physical and mental health issues. These programs provide participants with a proven, effective and holistic approach to creating physical, mental, emotional health and wellbeing.
