Policies

We’re all getting very good at expecting the unexpected. That’s why we want to give you confidence to book your Happiness & Its Causes ticket, 9 -12 November 2022, knowing that we’ve got you covered no matter what.

We’re happy to help you transfer your ticket to a colleague, client or friend, to attend in your place if you prefer, anytime right up until the conference starts on 10 November 2022.

And on top of that, if you find yourself in any of the below scenarios within 14 days before conference, we’ll be happy to move your ticket across to the next, Happiness & Its Causes conference, in November 2023, so that you can have peace of mind that it won’t go to waste:

  • There is a further lockdown in the state/country you live in that prevents you from leaving your home except for essential requirements
  • The state/country that you live in closes its borders to travel
  • The state/country you live in issues advice not to travel to Sydney
  • The state/country you live in has imposed an unavoidable quarantine on return from travel
  • There is an unavoidable quarantine on arrival in Sydney

Please get in touch with our office, via the contact form, if any of these scenarios apply to you, and we can transfer your ticket to the next conference, Happiness & Its Causes in November 2023.
