Thea is a personal sustainability specialist, who works with groups and individuals to improve workplace effectiveness and quality of life through body intelligence and better health. As a ‘Naptivist’ Thea is not interested in business as usual. She’s more interested in what works - and if that means embracing the powernap to boost energy and attention - then bring it on! As a science graduate, and a health and business journalist, all her work is grounded in the latest evidence and steeped in over 20 years of health experience, working with individuals, groups and workplaces.
