Michael F. Steger, Ph.D. is the Director of the Center for Meaning and Purpose at Colorado State University. For more than 15 years, he has researched how people flourish by living a meaningful life. He has authored more than 100 scholarly journal articles and book chapters, and three books, including Purpose and Meaning in the Workplace. He has given keynotes and run classes and workshops around the world on the topics of meaning, purpose, meaningful work, wellbeing, and psychological strengths.
